We treat patients regardless of insurance coverage, on a case-by-case basis, according to the doctor’s judgment.

Medicare – assignment is accepted; however, if you have not met your deductible and/or there is a co-payment, payment is expected at the time of service.

TennCare – we participate in PHP, BlueCare and TennCare Select for current patients only.

PPO/HMO – we are providers for many private insurance plans including Aetna, PHP, Travelers, CIGNA, Great West Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care and John Deere.  We will follow all billing practices established by these organizations.

Co-payments are due at the time of service.

Private Pay – (no insurance) payment in full is expected at the time of service.

The above payment policies are for your convenience only.  You are personally responsible for payment of charges for services rendered to you.  If, for any reason, the party who has been billed for your medical expenses denies payment, you must make arrangements for payment of your balance.  In cases of large bills, we can arrange a payment schedule for you.
